Key Accounts Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to join our team in the hair care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and developing long-term relationships with high value clients with salon industry.
 Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and maximize revenue from key accounts.
• Account Planning: Create customized account plans to address the unique needs and goals of each key account.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to provide relevant solutions.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, renew contracts, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements with key clients.
• Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for any issues or concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Performance Tracking: Track account performance, sales metrics, and client satisfaction to assess success.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to deliver effective solutions to clients.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand relationships within the assigned accounts.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on account status, sales performance, and upcoming opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Accounts Management, or a related field, preferably within the beauty or hair care industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
