Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the hair care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through B2B sales with salon industry.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Beat Plan Adherance:  identify new business opportunities and trends as per the beat plan of the particular area, within the hair care and salon industry.
• Lead Generation: Utilize various methods, including cold outreach and networking, to generate leads and identify potential salon partners.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
• Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies with your reporting manager to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements, schemes with salon businesses to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and maximize growth potential.
• Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our hair care products.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the beauty or hair care industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Passion: A genuine passion for the beauty and hair care industry, with a deep understanding of salon business operations.
