Job Description: MIS Executive


Overview:


As an MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive, you will play a crucial role in collecting, 
analyzing, and presenting business data to support decision-making within our cosmetic brand company. 
Youll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and ensuring data integrity. If 
you have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, this role is perfect for you.


Responsibilities:


1. Data Collection and Entry:
o Retrieve sales data from various sources (such as our software systems, CRM, and POS) and input it into 
Excel spreadsheets.
o Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Create regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
o Analyze trends, identify patterns, and provide insights to management.
o Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested.
3. Database Management:
o Maintain and update the company’s database with accurate information.
o Regularly reconcile data to identify discrepancies.
4. Excel Expertise:
o Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, etc.) to manipulate and analyze data 
effectively.
o Automate repetitive tasks using macros or other Excel features.
5. Collaboration:
o Work closely with sales teams, finance, and other departments to gather relevant data.
o Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
6. Process Improvement:
o Identify areas for process improvement related to data management and reporting.
o Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.


Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.
