Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Management:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Recruit, hire, train, onboard, and develop sales representatives.

- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

- Foster a positive and high-performing team environment that encourages collaboration and growth.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.

- Set realistic and achievable sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.

- Analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Present sales performance reports to senior management.

Essential:

- 4+ years of proven success in a sales leadership role, consistently exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
