The consultant will also perform functional testing, support integration, and provide business process expertise. The Workday HCM consultant will work with project teams and provide end-to-end solution delivery.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Business Process expertise, and Communication skills
- Experience with Workday HCM and knowledge of the Workday architecture
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Functional Testing skills
- Integration experience with Workday and third-party systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor??s or Master??s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Workday HCM certification is a plus
