We have an immediate requirement for a Business Development Manager (BDM) - Inside Sales for IT Sales, ERP, and SAP Sales in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various lead generation methods, including online research, networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored IT solutions (ERP and SAP).
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
CRM Tools: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our IT solutions, including ERP and SAP products.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members and other departments to achieve company objectives.
