Provide accurate information about products or services.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Problem Solving & Resolution:
Identify and analyze customer problems.
Offer solutions and alternatives within established guidelines.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Record Keeping & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Document customer feedback and suggestions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Strive to exceed customer expectations.
Other Duties:
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Expectations:
Expert in LinkedIn - Strong networking and lead generation skills
Proven Track Record - Must secure a minimum of 2 projects per month (size doesnt matter)
Revenue Target - The total project value must be at least 2x the salary
