Work as part of a busy support team, resolving incidents and problems while adhering to the agreed SLAs.
Configure and provide deskside support for laptops, desktops, network printers, AV devices, corporate phones, and other peripherals.
Manage the local area network and server room infrastructure.
Collaborate with global network and infrastructure support teams for office-related issues and server/network room support.
Additional tasks will include user administration and support for bespoke applications.
Manage IT assets, including laptops, desktops, printers, server room devices, etc.
Work flexible hours, including shift work and some weekends.
Be involved with other aspects of Service Support, including Configuration, Change, and Release Management, Project Work, and internal and external IT audits.
Ensure compliance with all documented procedures.
Participate in any other business activities as required.
May need to work rotating shifts 24/5.
Personal Qualities, Skills, and Experience:
Essential:
Strong interpersonal/team skills.
Excellent verbal and written English.
At least 4 years of direct experience in MNC technical support.
Excellent communication and client-facing/customer service skills.
Proven ability to think logically and solve problems remotely.
An adaptable attitude, committed to providing good service.
Excellent knowledge of MS Windows - all current versions.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office products including email.
Working knowledge of Domain Structure Active Directory, Intune.
Working knowledge of LAN/WAN and server room infrastructure.
