Human Resources Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring best-fit candidates for diverse roles.
• Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring requirements and ensure the selection of the best fit for each role.
• Assist in developing and implementing talent retention initiatives to keep employee engagement high.
• Support HR operations and provide insights for enhancing recruitment and retention processes.

Qualifications:

• MBA in HR (required).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Minimum experience of 6 months in sourcing talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Unstop is essential for this role
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet targets.
