Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR professional to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with 0 to 5 years of experience in human resources. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and more. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for working with people.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate communication.
    • Coordinate interviews and prepare job offer letters.
    • Assist in new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Help address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Support in tracking employee performance reviews and feedback.
    • Assist in coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  4. HR Administration:
    • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
    • Assist in managing attendance, leaves, and payroll-related tasks.
    • Generate reports for HR metrics and help in HR audits.
  5. Compliance & Documentation:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
    • Support the preparation and maintenance of employee contracts, NDAs, and other HR documentation.
  6. Employee Engagement & Welfare:
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.
    • Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
  7. Other HR-related Tasks:
    • Assist with employee offboarding, including exit interviews and ensuring proper documentation.
    • Collaborate with other HR team members on ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: 0-5 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus.
