  • About The Role

    We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team

    This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving customer success, improving retention, and ensuring seamless client experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities



    Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to align on goals and deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve challenges proactively, ensuring smooth client experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver on client needs and improve overall service delivery.
  • Track and report on key metrics like Net Retention Rate (NRR) and churn rates.
  • Qualifications

    0-2 years of experience around customer success, project management, or client servicing in SaaS customer success, project-based client servicing, or B2B relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar platforms.
  • Brownie Points:Exposure to video creation tools and no/low-code automation tools like Zapier.
