  • About The Role

    We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team at StoryXpress

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ensuring smooth operational workflows, managing client interactions, and maintaining high-quality standards in a dynamic environment

    If you're a quick learner, a good communicator, and someone who doesn't always need instructions, this role is for you.

  • Key Responsibilities



    Account Management:Facilitate seamless client onboarding processes by gathering requirements, setting expectations, and maintaining clear communication channels.
  • Client Delivery Management:Oversee and execute video servicing projects, ensuring deliverables are produced accurately and delivered on schedule.
  • Quality Control:Conduct rigorous quality checks on team outputs, ensuring all deliverables meet client standards and company guidelines.
  • Tracking & Reporting:Regularly manage tracking and reporting activities for key clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
  • Support Operations:Handle support inbox queries manage and resolve cancellation, refund queries, and disputes efficiently, including optimizing processes wherever possible.
  • Vendor Management:Coordinate effectively with vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and timely service delivery

    Manage ongoing communication, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships to support operational needs.
  • Qualifications

    Experience:0-2 years in e-commerce content, media operations, B2B client servicing, or a related field.
  • Mindset:Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Skills

    Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and vendor interactions.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
  • Brownie Points

    Experience with no/low-code automation tools like Zapier and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering and Googling, in general.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
