Role Overview:
- The Chief Growth Officer will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- This position will oversee the Sales and Marketing teams, aligning their efforts to achieve the company's ambitious goals.
- The CGO will play a critical role in formulating and executing growth strategies that expand StockEdge's reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy encompassing sales, marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align organizational objectives with growth initiatives.
Sales Management:
- Drive the performance of the Sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and manage key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and explore new revenue streams, including B2B collaborations and strategic partnerships.
Marketing Excellence:
- Oversee the development of innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and user acquisition.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and content marketing.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Establish metrics to track growth performance across sales and marketing.
- Provide actionable insights using market research, competitor analysis, and user behavior data.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor the Sales and Marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration between departments to meet shared objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (15+ years) in senior leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, or Growth in a tech-driven organization, preferably in the fintech or investment space.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools, including paid ads, SEO, and analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and scaling high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution (preferred).
