Job Description
Job Responsibilities: -
- Outbound Calling : Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate leads through various sources and follow up on them to convert into sales.
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Product Knowledge : Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.
- CRM Management : Accurately update and maintain customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Feedback : Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products/services and sales processes.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and share insights.
- Requirement Profile : Qualification Bachelor s Degree Experience
- Freshers Skills : Sets Stock Market Knowledge, Telesales, CRM, Tech Savvy, Excel, Microsoft 365 is cherry on a cake. Any other requirements Regional Language is Must (Hindi, English)
