Inventory Manager

Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize inventory management processes at a self-adhesive label materials manufacturing facility.
• Ensure the accurate maintenance of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods inventory.
• Implement and manage inventory management software (Zoho, SAP, etc.) to streamline operations.
• Conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies in inventory levels.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.
• Generate detailed inventory reports and provide insights to management.
• Develop strategies for improving inventory accuracy and reducing waste or cost inefficiencies.
• Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations related to inventory management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience with inventory management software like Zoho, SAP, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office, particularly Excel, for inventory reporting and analysis.
