Role/ Job Title: Product Sales Manager-Trade Sales
Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking
Location: Mumbai & Bangalore
Job Purpose:
- Drive Asset (Balance Sheet), flow-based trade business and Revenue for Trade product for the Wholesale Banking clients. Sourcing, structuring, implementation of funded and non-funded trade business for existing and new clients. Collaborate with the client coverage Team and risk Team to manage the portfolio risk.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To build and grow the bank's Trade Finance & Services portfolio and overall business.
- Develop detailed account plan and execution strategy for each client and conduct periodic reviews to ensure alignment with account plan.
- Prospect and identify corporate clients with strong Trade potential (NTBs).
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of competitors' products, market landscape on Trade and Capital Account business.
- Provide inputs on products, service levels and product features to product and strategy teams to help develop a best-in-class Transaction Banking suite of products.
- Provide inputs on sales strategy for setting up Trade Finance and services.
- Own, articulate & execute business strategy covering product development management, sales & service delivery to achieve trade target.
- Updating & training Relationship Managers on Trade & Capital Account Products.
- Ensure timely implementation of client deals and assist them for resolution of transactional queries.
- Housekeeping managing of deferrals in a timely manner.
- Build industry knowledge in certain sectors that would help manage the portfolio.
