Roles Responsibilities:
Conduct data research by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data sets.
Ensure data quality through validation.
Utilize business tools for data extraction, modelling, and troubleshooting to uncover insights that help customers grow their business.
Collaborating with teams across functions to ensure smooth execution while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Align with organizational goals, and values and contribute to long-term success.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders in the US, sharing project progress and addressing inquiries to maintain alignment.
Requirements and skills:
Experience of 1-3 years in technical support to software products (B2B SaaS product)
Experience in customer service, technical support, ticketing tools, and troubleshooting skills.
Must Have knowledge of Excel/Advance Excel.
Should understand the renewable energy business.
Strong team player while possessing the autonomy to manage his own workload.
Excellent communication skills.
