Senior Executive/Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable
• Invoice Processing & Payment
• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and follow-ups for pending items.
• Ensure timely processing of payments as per agreed terms.
• Vendor & Supplier Management:
• Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to address payment inquiries.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Reconciliation & Reporting:
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure all bills are accounted for and properly posted
• Credit card and Bank reconciliation.

Hard skills

• Proficiency in at least one accounting software / ERP systems (e.g., Tally, MS Business Central, Odoo, Zoho, etc)
• Well-versed at MS Excel

Soft skills-

• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Well-organised and Disciplined plan and execute day-to-day tasks without much supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible – Take ownership of the Accounts. Be willing to work overtime in case of exigencies
• Attention to detail – should be able to spot errors and inconsistencies in large data sets responsibilities
