US Accounts Executive

We JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a US based MNC IT Co in Kochi Infopark are urgently looking for an Accounts Executive with US Accounting, AP and AR exposure for our operations in Kochi. The incumbent must be a graduate in commerce with excellent communication skills and good exposure in AP, AR and T&E Expenses with US Accounting.

Requirement Brief:

Designation : Accounts Executive [ US Accounts ]

Qualification : B Com/M Com/MBA Finance

Experience : Minimum 1 Year 3 Years.

Skillsets : AP, AR, T&E, US Accounting

Job Time : 03.30 PM - 12.30 AM IST (Monday Friday)

Location : Infopark, Kochi.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Process Non-PO or PO invoices.
• Ensuring new vendors are added and maintained in compliance with the Companys policy
• Ensuring that invoices are correctly coded using the Companys chart of accounts
• Ensuring that critical vendors are paid on a timely basis
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Reconciling vendor statements; researching and correcting discrepancies; responding to vendor inquiries.
• Performing review of all T&E reports to ensure conformity with the T&E policy
• Serve as an internal reference for the T&E system
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
