Team Lead - Artificial Intelligence (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute AI/ML strategies to enhance product functionality.

- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI models for predictive analysis, automation, and decision-making.

- Research, prototype, and apply cutting-edge AI technologies, including NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.

- Lead and mentor a team of AI developers, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning.

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.

- Oversee project deliverables and ensure timely completion of AI-related tasks.

- Collaborate with Angular and .NET development teams to seamlessly integrate AI features into HRMS and Survey Tools.

- Build and maintain APIs to support AI functionalities in the product.

- Perform data mining, cleaning, preparation, and augmentation for training robust ML models.

- Ensure AI solutions are user-centric, efficient, and scalable.

- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, ML, and deep learning.

- Explore opportunities to incorporate innovative AI capabilities into the product roadmap.

- Continuously refine AI models to improve accuracy and performance.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in AI development.

- Optimize models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI components.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of its libraries and frameworks for AI and machine learning.

- Knowledge of additional programming languages such as R, Java, C++, and GO is a plus.

- Machine Learning Frameworks : Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn for building and deploying models.

- Expertise in Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis.

- NLP Libraries : Strong experience with spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, Gensim, and TextBlob.

- Familiarity with BERT, GPT, Word2Vec, T5, and RoBERTa for NLP tasks.

- Cloud Computing : Experience with cloud platforms (e., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for scalable model deployment and training.

- Solid experience using Git for version control and collaboration.

Desired Skills :

- CoreNLP and Fairseq for advanced NLP tasks and sequence-to-sequence modeling.

- AllenNLP for cutting-edge NLP research and model building.

- T5 and RoBERTa for transformer-based NLP applications.

- Matplotlib and Seaborn for data visualization and result interpretation.

- Experience with Apache Spark and Hadoop for processing large datasets and distributed computing.
