Job Description

Oversee the management, hygiene, and health of Stenn s contact/lead database, ensuring it is continuously optimized for accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
  • Lead initiatives to scale contact acquisition and ensure database growth by the marketing team, driving strategies that focus on acquiring high-quality leads at scale through multiple channels.
  • Analyze database performance and extract insights on customer profiles and behavior, leveraging advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data.
  • Develop in-depth profiles of high-performing leads and customers, provide actionable insights to support marketing and sales strategies, optimize audience segmentation, and enhance targeting efforts.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to optimize data usage, ensuring that audience data is strategically leveraged to enhance conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel.
  • Manage the outbound audience, driving strategic initiatives that optimize how we engage prospects at scale, ensuring a balanced and data-driven approach to prospect accounts.
  • Work closely with the data team to enrich database information and develop a risk analysis model that provides deeper insights into the financial health of companies, ensuring smarter decision-making in our marketing and sales efforts.
  • Lead a team of external researchers and data analysts, ensuring top-notch research and analytics support.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to ensure database insights drive performance improvement across campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Establish protocols for regular audits, maintain GDPR and other data privacy standards, and develop processes to ensure the database grows in both quantity and quality over time.
  • Qualifications:
    • 8+ years of experience in audience management, database management, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven insights.
    • Deep expertise in managing contact/lead databases, with a strong focus on data hygiene, enrichment, and compliance, ensuring high-quality, actionable data that fuels marketing and sales strategies.
    • Proven success in large-scale contact acquisition, developing and implementing strategies that scale efficiently while maintaining the integrity and compliance of the data.
    • Strong proficiency in business intelligence and data analysis tools, with the ability to extract, interpret, and communicate complex insights from large datasets, enabling data-driven decision-making across teams.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and data teams, to achieve common goals.
    • A strategic thinker with hands-on experience driving outbound audience initiatives, including account prioritization, sales territory management, and optimizing outreach for maximum engagement and conversion.
    • Experience leading external research efforts and managing analytics teams, ensuring high-quality insights and maintaining a strong research framework to support data initiatives.
    • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data quality, risk management, and compliance within the database, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
    • Proactive and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement in audience management strategies.
