Position Overview :
The JAMF II role involves providing support that encompasses Server Management and Upgrades (On-Prem), Application packaging and deployment, along with hands-on experience in both On-Prem and On-Cloud JAMF instances.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide JAMF Administrator support, including Server Management and Upgrades (On-Prem).
- Gain hands-on experience with both On-Prem and On-Cloud JAMF instances.
- Manage macOS upgrades through scripting and imaging.
- Handle application packaging and deployment.
- Oversee patch management.
- Replicate Distribution Points.
- Generate reports using custom queries.
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of Patch Management and the creation/implementation of policies.
- Create custom Mac policies based on client requirements.
- Manage and deploy VPN applications using customized policies and injected server details.
- Oversee the management and deployment of security software through customized policies.
- Integrate MS Intune/Conditional Access.
- Possess an advanced understanding of configuration profiles, including PPPC, custom profiles for security applications, and enterprise Wi-Fi.
- Have knowledge of bash scripting.
- Display extensive experience with macOS and iOS devices.
- Manage and implement Apple Business Manager (DEP/VPP).
- Facilitate the Automated Device Enrollment process.
- Handle Extension Attributes and the pre-stage enrollment process.
- Create smart groups using custom queries and static groups.
- Knowledge of JAMF Connect and JAMF Protect implementation and management is a plus.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Be flexible in working across different time zones.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across various time zones and cultures.
- Troubleshoot various operating systems effectively.
- Provide user support through various communication methods (phone, email, instant messaging).
- Manage incidents, track issues, and provide solutions related to the engineered solution.
- Design and implement enterprise solutions for clients, including server support.
- Offer recommendations for automation and modern endpoint management strategies.
- Assist in managing the client computing environment, including design, implementation, customization, and build processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
