We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Solution Engineer to bridge the gap between technical offerings and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to design, present, and implement customized technical solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise, communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.

- Design, present, and document technical solutions to meet client-specific needs.

- Assist in the deployment and implementation of the proposed solutions, ensuring seamless integration.

- Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, including product demonstrations and proof-of-concept setups.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, explaining technical concepts in a clear and relatable manner.

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams.

- Gather client feedback to enhance product offerings and address potential issues proactively.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of proposed solutions to ensure functionality and performance align with client expectations.

- Deliver technical workshops and training sessions to educate clients and end-users about the implemented solutions.

- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture, workflows, and user guides.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Provide input for product improvement based on client interactions and market insights.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or a similar role

- Strong understanding of solution design, deployment, and integration.

- Knowledge of scripting languages- Python, Bash and APIs.

- Familiarity with programming languages - Java, C#, or JavaScript.

- Experience with system testing and validation processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach.

- Proven ability to manage and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.

- Experience with system integration tools and middleware technologies.

- Proficiency in database technologies - MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
