Role Overview :

- As a Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical offerings and client needs.

- You'll work closely with sales teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to design and deliver customized technical solutions that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Design, develop, and present compelling technical solutions that address client-specific challenges.

- Provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and answering technical questions.

- Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams (e.g, engineering, product, support).

- Assist in the implementation and deployment of solutions, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and performance.

- Deliver engaging technical workshops and training sessions to educate clients on our products and solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g, Python, JavaScript) and APIs.

- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g, Java, C++, etc
