Job Description
- Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, solutioning, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and project delivery
- Manage and coordinate stakeholder relationships the Sales Marketing and Delivery organization.
- Support in winning bids for SBU Participate in end-to-end bid management of medium-large deals.
- Build reusable assets such as proposal templates/pricing models/approaches etc. to cut short the cycle time/effort of building response
- Leads the Bids as the proposal coordinator working with Center of Excellences (COEs), SAP Practice Heads, Solution Architects and SMEs for solutioning.
Job Requirements
Details:
- BA or BS, preferably in English, Journalism, Business, Computer Science or similar degree.
- Experience over 9+ Years working in similar field.
- Experience in Proposal/Bid Management and RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes, organizing and managing winning proposals in response to request for proposals (RFPs).
- Thorough experience in attending proposal kick-off meetings, participating in storyboarding sessions, attending review meetings / final document review, managing deal governance / sign off and delivery of the completed proposal.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to conceptualize and think creatively.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Flexibility to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Time management, planning, multi-task and project management skills.
