Role & responsibilities :

Execution of various precious projects, Production control, Technical Customer Support, R&D & Maintenance.

Production management

Making Bill of Materials.

Control of Contractor work and their material requirement.

Service Network Management. Control at supervising end & providing valuable suggestions for efficiency enhancement.

An effective communicator & team player with strong analytical & logical problem solving abilities.

(Sheet Metal fabrication preferred)

- Projects Management & Execution.

- Production planning & controlling.

- BOQ & BOM Preparation.

- Technical Customer Support with PAN India Service Network Management.

- Designing of electrical control panels with different logics.

- PLCs & AC drive programming & trouble shootings.

- Knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Circuits & their maintenance.

- Knowledge of operation & maintenance of SPM machines.

- Maintenance of HVAC, DG sets, Overhead Cranes & different kinds of machines used in a heavy equipments manufacturing unit.

- Installation & maintenance of all kinds of oil & gas burners.

- Installations & Commissioning of heavy machineries.

- Maintenance of all kind of LT Switchgears. - R&D & QC.

- Assessment of material requirements for different phases of work.

- Production manpower handling.

- To manage a team of Supervisors up to maximum guidance and solving their field problems for achieving maximum results.
