Job Description
- Commodity Pricing: Rigorous liaison and query activities to ensure accurate and realistic pricing of iron ore.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to IOSCO principles, focusing on transparency, detailed processes, client grievance handling, and compliance-related training.
- Content Development: Develop high-caliber content by adhering to Content Development Guidelines (CoDeG), conducting audits, and rectifying any identified shortcomings.
- Reporting: Develop all periodic reports related to the specific commodity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Regular interaction with assigned Data Points / Partners (DPs), cultivating high-standard working relationships, and expanding the DP network.
- Pricing Process Innovation: Continuously seek to introduce pricing inputs from new and diverse geographies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: High academic achiever with a B. E / B.Tech (preferably mechanical) and an MBA from a reputed institute.
- Industry Experience: 3-4 years in the Iron & Steel industry, specifically dealing with iron ore.
- Market Awareness: In-depth knowledge of both domestic and global markets for iron ore, with direct experience in pricing and stakeholder interaction.
- Teamwork: Experience in working within a team and the ability to handle interpersonal interactions skillfully and tactfully.
- Verbal Communication: High fluency in spoken English with excellent verbal communication skills, including effective body language.
- Written Communication: Strong written English skills to develop high-standard business communications, including analytical articles, insights, emails, and periodic reports.

- Integrity: High level of integrity and commitment, with attention to detail.
