Human Resource Manager (for Khurja, UP)

Role & responsibilities

The Head HR will be responsible for entire gamut of HR and Industrial relations function not limited to end to end lifecycle management of an employee and create a peaceful and harmonious Industrial atmosphere for smooth running of the plant. He would be responsible for all the statutory compliances of the plant as well as visioning with the state authorities as well as the client on behalf of the Plant.

Preferred candidate profile

a) Must be a MBA/MSW/PGDPM or equivalent with 12 to 18 yrs of experience.

b) Must have experience of working in Power Plant or Manufacturing setup handling not less than 300 employees.
