We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in any of the modules like IT Business Management (ITBM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Design and develop workflows, automation, and integrations with third-party tools.

- Provide technical leadership in the implementation and enhancement of ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, and SPM modules.

- Optimize ServiceNow performance and ensure best practices in platform development.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and digital transformation.

- Develop dashboards and reports for real-time insights and decision-making.

- Manage system upgrades, patches, and security compliance.

- Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and support end-users.

- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for teams.

- Ensure data integrity and governance across ServiceNow modules.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless ServiceNow adoption.

- Stay updated on ServiceNow advancements and recommend improvements.

- Support pre-sales and solutioning for ServiceNow implementations.

- Document system configurations, workflows, and technical solutions.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong expertise in ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, and SPM modules.

- Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
