Job Title: Billing & Accounts Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Billing & Accounts Specialist to oversee vendor invoicing, customer billing, and financial reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have experience working with zoho application, collaborating across teams, and providing customer support to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Invoice Verification & Processing:

• Review, verify, and validate vendor invoices for accuracy in item descriptions, quantities, pricing, and IBIS status.
• Post approved vendor invoices in Zoho Books with proper coding.

✅ Billing & Customer Management:

• Generate detailed billing and collection reports for management.
• Manage customer, device, subscription, and call plan setups in IBIS to ensure seamless billing.
• Maintain and update customer profiles for precise billing records.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.

✅ Financial Reconciliation & Payment Management:

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
• Monitor customer payments, negotiate payment plans, and reduce bad debts to improve cash flow.

✅ Collaboration & Process Improvement:

• Work closely with collections, customer service, and other departments to streamline invoicing and payment processes.
• Utilize application software to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for compliance and billing optimization.

✅ Customer Support & Special Projects:

• Provide 24/7 customer support, including Tier 1 assistance, special projects, and prepaid minute top-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in billing and financial management.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, IBIS, and customer service platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for handling customer queries and internal coordination.
