Roles & Responsibilities

Processing Sales Orders & Generating Sales lnvoices & E-waybills.

Coordinating with Warehouse team for Dispatches.

Verifying Customer / Distributor Agreements

Processing Customer claims and Accounting,

Coordinating with sales Team for executing Sales Orders

Customer Ledger reconciliations

Periodical Stock verifications and reconciliations

Required Skills:

Generating Sales Order & E-invoicing.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing ord, and invoices .

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively meet deadlines.

Strong mathematical skills for calculating prices, primary Secondary trade schemes, discounts, and taxes accurately.

Ability to collaborate with cross functional team such as sal, logistics and marketing, to ensure smooth billing process.

The ability to identify and resolve billing related issues efficiently.

Familiarity with the ERP systems can be an added advantage.

The capability to analyse sales data to identify trends a nities for i ment.
