Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation & CRM Development Lead to integrate an accounting ERP with our proprietary Loan Management System (LMS) and spearhead the development of a customer-centric CRM and Net Promoter Score (NPS) platform.

- This role requires a hands-on technical leader with expertise in ERP integration, CRM development, and team management. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive seamless integration, efficient data flow, and an enhanced customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP Integration & Implementation:

- Lead the end-to-end integration of the accounting ERP with our home grown Loan Management System.

- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to map business requirements to ERP functionality.

- Ensure seamless data synchronization and reporting capabilities between ERP and LMS.

- Test and troubleshoot integration points to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.

2. CRM & NPS Platform Development:

- Architect and develop a custom CRM platform focused on enhancing customer interactions and lifecycle management.

- Design and implement an NPS system to capture and analyze customer feedback and measure satisfaction.

- Build workflows for customer segmentation, outreach, and support within the CRM.

3. Team Building & Management:

- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of software engineers and technical professionals.

- Guide team members in coding best practices, testing, and project management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

- Foster a collaborative and goal-driven work environment, focusing on Binnovation and continuous improvement.

4. Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Regularly engage with key stakeholders to communicate progress, gather feedback, and adjust plans accordingly.

- Ensure compliance with data protection standards and company policies in all systems and platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 8+ years of experience in ERP implementation, CRM development, and team management.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and loan management processes.

- Proven track record of successful ERP integration with in-house systems.

- Proficiency in CRM development, customer segmentation, and data analytics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).

- Experience with customer feedback management tools and NPS methodologies.

- Knowledge of software development best practices, including agile methodologies.
