ERP Techno-Functional Consultant - Implementation & Support (7-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced M3 ERP Techno Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in M3 ERP systems, with a proven track record of successful ERP implementations and support.

This position is open for candidates across Pan India with a preference for those located near LTI offices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and support of M3 ERP systems, managing both functional and technical aspects to ensure smooth integration and optimal system performance.

- Configure M3 ERP modules based on business requirements, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions and integrate M3 ERP with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to map business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into ERP solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

- Lead testing efforts for system changes, customizations, and upgrades, ensuring that all configurations and developments are validated according to business needs.

- Provide training and support to end-users, and create detailed user manuals and technical documentation for ERP modules and custom solutions.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for M3 ERP, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Manage ERP system upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring that all necessary updates are applied without causing downtime.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within ERP systems and recommend solutions to enhance overall system efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in M3 ERP with a solid understanding of both technical and functional components of the system.

- Strong knowledge of M3 ERP architecture, development tools, customizations, and integrations.

- In-depth knowledge of key M3 ERP modules, such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, etc.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex ERP system challenges.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and management.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
