Job Title : Oracle Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant - RMCS

Roles and Responsibilities :

As an Oracle Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS), you will play a critical role in supporting and implementing RMCS capabilities across various projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

- Implementation Support : Lead the implementation and support of RMCS functionalities, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and optimize revenue management processes.

- Testing & POCs : Conduct comprehensive proof of concepts (POCs) to evaluate RMCS features. Execute functional testing and mock unit testing to ensure system reliability and performance, identifying areas for improvement.

- System Configuration : Manage the system configuration within the Cloud RMCS module, customizing it to meet specific organizational requirements. This involves understanding both technical and functional aspects to facilitate smooth implementation.

- Problem Solving : Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues as they arise during project execution. You will be expected to propose and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

- Multi-Tasking : Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Documentation : Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and testing results to support compliance and future enhancements.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in RMCS implementations.

- Strong understanding of revenue management principles and Oracle Cloud technologies.

- Oracle Revenue certification is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and client relations.
