Sr. Engineer - Planning

Job Description / Responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of projects, including site analysis and environmental impact assessments.
Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to define project scopes and ensure alignment with company goals.
Monitoring Progress: Track project progress against schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in project execution and develop mitigation strategies.
Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
Cost Control: Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules.
Preparation of Construction schedule using MS Project & updating as per work progress.
Preparation MIS Reports for Management reviews. (Daily/Weekly/Monthly Work Progress Report, MOMs of conducted Meetings, Delay Analysis Report)
Conduction weekly & monthly meetings for project progress.
Preparation of monthly cashflow.
Follow Up & Coordination with site team for work status on site.
