Job Description / Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Market Research:
Identifying and analyzing market trends, opportunities, and customer needs to develop business strategies that align with the company's goals.
Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for new real estate projects.
Building long-term business relationships and partnerships with stakeholders such as investors, developers, contractors, government agencies, and legal advisors, while ensuring all transactions comply with relevant tax and accounting regulations, including GST.
Project Development and Management:
Leading the development of new projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring they meet financial, quality, and timeline objectives.
Overseeing the due diligence process, providing technical input related to civil engineering and construction aspects, and ensuring compliance with all tax, accounting, and contractual obligations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of projects, ensuring that all financial transactions comply with GST, VAT, and other relevant tax laws, as well as applicable accounting standards.
Sales and Marketing Strategy:
Developing strategies to promote and sell real estate properties, both residential and commercial.
Managing client relationships and guiding them through the sales process, negotiating terms, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with relevant taxation laws, including GST and other local tax regulations related to property transactions
Financial Management and Reporting:
Overseeing project budgets, costs, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
Preparing and presenting business reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, potential risks, opportunities, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and tax compliance (including GST, VAT, and other relevant taxes).
Ensuring that all accounting records are accurate and up to date with compliance to tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
Managing and mentoring a team of business development professionals.
Building a collaborative work environment and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

3.Leadership and Communication: Ability to lead teams, present ideas, negotiate effectively with clients, stakeholders, partners, and legal teams to ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax laws, and contract laws.
4.Problem Solving: Skill in identifying challenges and coming up with innovative solutions to complex business and engineering problems
5.In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, cost estimation, and project management.
6.Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
