Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the TL and span responsible for CSAT and shrinkage attrition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Need to work on SLA and client requirements for non sales process
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
- over all 6 years experience and 2 years domain experience required in customer support.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
