• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of operations, sales, and insurance professionals.

• Provide guidance on best practices for sales performance and insurance operations to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and implement efficient sales processes to maximize revenue and customer acquisition.
• Work closely with sales leadership to align operational strategies with sales goals and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement areas.
• Drive adoption of CRM systems, sales tools, and automation to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
• Manage day-to-day operations of insurance-related functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to streamline processes and improve the customer journey.
• Oversee policy administration, claims handling, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aimed at increasing sales growth and operational efficiency in the insurance space.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and operational metrics to measure success.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment of operations with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in operational leadership roles within the insurance industry or related sectors.
• Strong background in sales operations, insurance processes, and financial management.
• Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices within the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM software, data analysis tools, and insurance management platforms.
