Job Description

We are urgently looking for various positions in our organizations:


1. Sales Commercial Lines: 5 positions

  • Designation Manager and above
  • Experience - 12+ years' experience in Insurance Sales domain

Job Descriptions: -

  • Need to Specialized in Commercial lines of Business Property, Marine Cargo, Employee benefits (H&PA), Liability, Fire, Engineering and Miscellaneous etc.
  • Developing strong relationship and generating fresh business from various companies.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
  • Ensuring organic growth by endeavoring to acquire clients entire portfolio of commercial / retail insurance.
  • Coordinating with management and other departments to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Independently generate and manage leads, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring retention and cross-selling opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
  • Work towards organic growth by managing and expanding clients insurance portfolios.
  • Maximize revenue generation and achieve premium and profit targets.
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports for sales, business performance, and targets.
  • Regularly review sales performance with management and implement corrective strategies.
  • Ensure all booked business is accurately recorded and maintained in the system.
  • Ensure alignment with management on sales strategies and operational efficiency.
  • Address client queries, service issues, and escalate matters as needed.
  • Work with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth policy servicing.
  • Assist finance and accounts in resolving collection-related matters.

Candidate Profile: -

  • Strong understanding of general insurance of various products.
  • Proven leadership, sales, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth proactively.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.


2. Client Servicing - Non-EB: 2 positions

  • Designation Assistant Manager
  • Experience - Min 5 Years

Job Descriptions: -

  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and individual clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Understand client requirements and risks to offer tailored insurance solutions.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Conduct client meetings to review policies, address concerns, and provide advisory support.
  • Manage end-to-end policy servicing, including renewals, endorsements, and modifications.
  • Ensure timely renewal of policies by coordinating with insurers and clients.
  • Handle group policy management, including additions, deletions, and endorsements.
  • Provide premium quotations and policy comparisons as per client needs.
  • Assist clients with claim intimation, documentation, and submission to insurers/TPAs.
  • Follow up on claims to ensure smooth processing and settlement while addressing escalations.
  • Educate clients on claim procedures and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client policies, claims, and endorsements.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.
  • Maintain and manage all relevant documentation and adhere to data management procedures.
  • Assist clients with compliance-related queries and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand business.
  • Provide market insights and risk advisory to clients for informed decision-making.
  • Liaison with insurance companies for policy servicing and claims resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including Underwriting, Claims, and Operations, for seamless service delivery.
  • Generate and present reports on policy status, claims, and pending renewals.
  • Address and resolve client grievances efficiently.
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities within the team to ensure operational effectiveness.

Required Candidate profile:-


  • Proven experience in client servicing within the insurance broking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policy servicing, and claims processes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • Candidates with existing business relationships are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.


3. HEALTH CLAIMS :- 3 Positions

  • Designation Assistant Manager
  • Experience - Min 5 Years

Job Descriptions: -

  • Oversee the complete corporate health insurance claims process, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, hospitals, and corporate clients to facilitate smooth claim processing.
  • Manage both cashless and reimbursement claim procedures, ensuring all required documentation is in place.
  • Follow up on claim approvals, rejections, and escalations to minimize delays.
  • Verify claim documents and ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions.
  • Assist corporate employees with claim intimation, documentation, and tracking.
  • Address queries related to claim status, approvals, deductions, and pending documents.
  • Provide guidance on claim submission, eligibility, and insurer requirements.
  • Educate employees on policy coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, TPAs, and insurers to ensure efficient claims handling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate HR teams regarding health insurance claims.
  • Conduct regular meetings with corporate clients to review claim trends and address concerns.
  • Maintain records of all claims, approvals, rejections, and pending cases.
  • Generate and share periodic claim reports with corporate clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards.
  • Identify and escalate fraudulent claims or discrepancies.
  • Identify common claim issues and recommend process improvements for faster resolution.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior management or insurance partners when necessary.
  • Work on claim cost optimization strategies while ensuring fair settlements

Required Candidate Profile: -

  • Should be proficient in Computer handling, English communication, Email writing skills.
  • Prior experience with Broker and TPA is Mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate health insurance claims and regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Handling volume of Health claims- Cashless and Reimbursement
  • Proficiency in claims documentation, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Ability to handle escalations and negotiate with insurers and TPAs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.


4. Reinsurance - Facultative: 3 positions


  • Reinsurance - Facultative - Domestic: 1 position
  • Designation - Manager
  • Experience - Min 5 Years

  • Reinsurance - Facultative - International: 2 positions
  • Designation Vice President
  • Experience - Min 8 Years

Job Descriptions: -

  • Develop and manage reinsurance facultative business from Indian insurers and international markets.
  • Scout new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with insurers and reinsurers.
  • Scrutinize and present renewal information/statistics as a lead or following broker.
  • Responsible for facultative underwriting and placements received from cedants/retro-cedants.
  • Process submissions with necessary/relevant documents as per RI placement guidelines.
  • Coordinate with underwriters and reinsurers across multiple international markets daily.
  • Ensure timely updating of business in the RI system.
  • Respond effectively to underwriting queries and facilitate negotiations.
  • Act as a key liaison between insurers, underwriters, and reinsurers for facultative placements.

  • Maintain records of placed business, track renewals, and prepare related MIS reports.
  • Follow up with cedants, reinsurers, and co-brokers for any facultative business matters.
  • Control and manage renewal reminders as per defined TATs.

Required Candidate Profile: -

  • Excellent market knowledge across Indian and international reinsurance sectors.
  • Proficiency in handling facultative reinsurance placements.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements
  • Associate / Fellow of Insurance Institute of India (Preferred)
  • Good Communication skills
  • Excellent Command on MS-Office Suite Applications
