• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets, improve CSAT, and reduce shrinkage and attrition.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase agent productivity, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach agents to improve their skills and knowledge.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas of improvement in the agency operations.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• over all 8 years of experience and 2 years domain experience in BPO industry or related field.
  
• Strong managerial skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
