Immediate opening for Tele sales Team Lead

• Should have minimum 4+ years of experience in BPO.
• Should have been designated as a Team Lead for at least 2 years on papers.
• Experience in Telecom domain is mandate.
• Should be able to calculate Attrition, Shrinkage, AHT.
• Should have been experience in Tele sales is mandatory
• Should be aware of NPS, Repeat & Churn.
• Should be aware of Occupancy and Utilization formulas.
• Candidate should be good in communication.
• Notice Period - Immediate Joiner (or) 30 days
