Roles and Responsibilities

• Helping the customers solve their queries over calls.
• Providing proper solutions and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support to the customers.
• Identifying and fixing issues with software, hardware, networks, or systems
• Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner

Preferred candidate profile: immediate joiners

Salient Features: Day Rotational: Between 8 AM and 10 PM (For Female till 8 PM)6 working days working and 1 day rotational off.

CTC: 24K

Education & Experience Qualifications for Multiple Requirements

• Diploma/Graduate
• Freshers can also apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• English + Hindi is mandatory
