Job Opportunity: Customer Service Agent We are seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Agents. This position is ideal for freshers and individuals with various educational backgrounds.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed 12th grade or possess a graduate/undergraduate degree.
• Equivalent to Versant 4 assessment.

Work Schedule:

• 6 working days with 1 day off.
• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Work Environment:

• 50% of the workforce will operate on the street, while 50% will work from the office (WFO).
• Opportunity available for up to 25 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs).

Selection Process:

• The selection process includes an HR Round, Operations Round, and a Client Round.

Pre-employment Verification:

• Background checks will include Address, Employment, and Criminal checks.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a bike and a smartphone for operational purposes.
