Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client needs effectively.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine sales strategies and enhance the positioning of our app solutions.
Product Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of ATTPL Groupapp products. Tailor presentations to meet potential clients specific needs and interests, showcasing our apps benefits and features.
Negotiation and Closing: Handle negotiations, prepare detailed proposals, and close sales deals. Ensure that all terms and conditions are communicated and agreed upon.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market developments, and opportunities to the management team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and promotional campaigns. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation and client onboarding.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in app sales or technology sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education: Bachelordegree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across India as required by the role.
Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of mobile and web applications, with the ability to effectively communicate technical aspects and value propositions to clients.
