Position Overview. We are seeking a dedicated HR Fresher to support our HR department. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Key Responsibilities. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding
Employee Relations: Support engagement initiatives and address employee inquiries
Performance Management: Aid in performance reviews and track development plans
Compliance: Maintain employee records and support HR audits
Qualifications. Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office
Attributes: Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable, and a team player
