Job Overview. We are seeking a mid-level Human Resource Manager with 4 to 6 years of work experience for a full-time position at our Delhi headquarters. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. This role provides the opportunity to lead projects independently.

Qualifications And Skills. Employee Relations (Mandatory skill) Proven ability to manage and improve employee relations to foster a positive work environment.

Recruitment (Mandatory skill) Extensive experience in recruiting across various levels and industries, ensuring the right talent fit for the organization.

Performance Management (Mandatory skill) Strong expertise in performance management practices to drive employee engagement and productivity.

Training and Development Skilled in designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.

HR Compliance Thorough knowledge of HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Conflict Resolution Ability to address and resolve workplace conflicts efficiently, maintaining a harmonious work environment.

Strategic Planning Capability to develop and execute HR strategies aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

Communication Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with all organizational levels.

Roles And Responsibilities. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Promote corporate values and support a positive company culture.
