Position Overview:

This role involves managing hotel bookings, cab arrangements, vendor coordination, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. Candidates should have a strong ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking Management: Handle hotel and cab bookings, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor databases.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, confirm bookings, and ensure service quality.
• Client Support: Act as the primary contact during tours, resolve issues, and provide 24/7 support as needed.
• Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with teams, prepare itineraries, and follow company policies.
• Problem Resolution: Address unexpected challenges with professionalism and escalate critical issues as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Travel Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fresher to experience in travel operations, especially in hotel and cab bookings.
• Proficiency in travel management software.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to provide on-call support during tours.
