This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the travel industry who excel in networking, onboarding new travel agents, and upselling products. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Networking and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
• Onboarding New Partners: Identify potential travel agents, onboard them onto our platform, and ensure a seamless integration process.
• Upselling Products: Promote and upsell travel packages, local tours, and additional services to travel agents to maximize revenue.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new products or improvements.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, provide regular updates to management, and suggest actionable insights to enhance growth.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business, travel, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresher & experience in the travel industry, with a focus on B2B sales or travel agent networking.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for the travel industry.
