QA LEAD
Role & responsibilities
Test Leadership & Management:
○ Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, assigning tasks and ensuring timely execution of test plans.
○ Create and enforce testing standards and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
○ Define and drive the quality goals for all major web and CRM-related initiatives.
○ Ensure comprehensive testing of websites and landing pages, focusing on functionality, usability, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
○ Oversee performance testing initiatives, driving efforts to improve page speed and load times.
○ Lead testing for CRM features like customer segmentation, lead management, automated email flows, and reporting.
○ Oversee integration testing to ensure smooth data exchange between CRM systems and third-party tools, ensuring no data discrepancies.
○ Ensure referral campaigns are functioning as expected, from campaign sign-up to reward redemption.
○ Oversee testing for loyalty programs, ensuring that customers can track points, receive rewards, and engage with the brand effectively.
○ Ensure persistency features (such as subscription or membership renewals) work accurately, maintaining customer data integrity.
○ Lead the implementation of automation frameworks and work with developers to incorporate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
○ Constantly evaluate testing processes and propose improvements in testing tools, methodologies, and reporting.
○ Regularly update product and development teams on the status of testing, providing insights and reports on test coverage, defects, and progress.

Preferred candidate profile
7+ years of experience in quality assurance, with expertise in testing websites, CRM systems, and integrations.
