Digital Marketing Manager - Star Estate.

Location: Bengaluru.

Experience Required:.

- Minimum 8 years of total experience in Digital Marketing.

- At least 5 years of specific experience in Real Estate digital marketing.

- Proven experience handling large-scale campaigns with a monthly budget of up to - 1 crore.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to generate quality leads for real estate projects.

- Oversee the execution of digital campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

- Collaborate with the sales and content teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

- Analyze and present performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and real estate markets.

Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and CRM tools.

- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.

- Ability to manage a high-budget monthly ad spend and track campaign performance.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

Work Schedule:

- Tuesday Off.

- Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
